- Use spreadsheets to compare open orders between the internal ERP system and external marketplaces.
- Maintain and update sheets tracking new product releases, pricing, and inventory details.
- Compare pricing in spreadsheets to determine sale prices and identify discrepancies.
- Perform extensive data entry, clean-up, and verification tasks.
- Add new product listings to Shopify with correct titles, descriptions, pricing, and attributes.
- Upload product listings to partner marketplaces using spreadsheets or channel-specific templates.
- Complete various product updates in Shopify, including pricing, images, tags, categories, and metadata.
- Sync products from Shopify to TikTok Shop and troubleshoot any sync issues.
- Check and cross-verify orders across different marketplaces to ensure accuracy.
- Update customer order addresses in Shopify when corrections are required.
- Monitor product and order syncing across e-commerce platforms and identify inconsistencies.
- Respond promptly to internal team chats during work hours as new tasks arise.
- Follow SOPs carefully and flag issues proactively when needed.
- Assist with additional administrative and data-related tasks as assigned.
- Proven experience using Shopify (admin/backend).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Must know essential Excel functions such as VLOOKUP, FILTER, IF, CONCAT, basic formulas, and be comfortable working heavily in spreadsheets.
- Ability to “live in a spreadsheet” — comfortable handling large amounts of data daily.
- Strong pattern recognition and analytical thinking.
- Shopify experience is a major plus.
- Experience with marketplace platforms (e.g., TikTok Shop, Amazon, Walmart, eBay) is an advantage.
