This role will be responsible for analyzing, documenting, and standardizing business processes across defined streams, while also ensuring resilience through effective continuity planning.The ideal candidate will have strong skills in process mapping, documentation, risk assessment, and continuity planning, with the ability to translate business needs into clear, structured, and practical outputs.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate with stakeholders to capture, analyze, and document business processes across in-scope streams.
- Develop clear and standardized process documentation (e.g., workflows, SOPs, guidelines, and reference materials).
- Support the creation and implementation of the Business Continuity Management (BCM) plan, ensuring alignment with organizational requirements and industry best practices.
- Conduct risk and impact assessments to identify potential disruptions and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Structure and maintain documentation in a way that is user-friendly, consistent, and scalable.
- Partner with business leaders and subject matter experts to ensure documentation and continuity plans are accurate, complete, and relevant.
- Support periodic testing, reviews, and updates of BCM plans.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and applicable regulatory/industry standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in process documentation, business analysis, or business continuity planning.
- Strong knowledge of process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart, BPMN, or equivalent).
- Familiarity with BCM frameworks (e.g., ISO 22301, NIST, or equivalent) is an advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to create clear and concise documentation.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in a multinational or shared services/offshoring environment is preferred.
