Payment Factory Administrator

By joining us as a Payment Factory Administrator, you will be part of the strong and powerful Treasury Operations team that supports Emerson globally through the administration of company financial assets and improving disbursement process and controls, having significant impact on ensuring the attainment of Emerson’s financial and operational goals.

In this capacity, you will have the opportunity to leverage on your analytical, communication, and computing skills to support the efficient and effective management of financial assets through Emerson’s treasury finance system.

FOR THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED:
  • Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy/Finance, preferably CPA;
  • At least 5 years of relevant financial accounting experience
  • Working knowledge of Payment Process especially within Oracle R12 or JDE or SAP
  • Excellent computer skills with a working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Office 365
  • Basic knowledge of XML files
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:
  • Provide functional support for Emerson’s Payment Factory Application
  • Troubleshoot and resolve functional user issues and work with the IT department to address issues that might require technical attention.
  • Support the close, planning and reporting processes and system maintenance cycles
  • Serve as Gatekeeper for user service requests. Assign helpdesk tickets to appropriate Payment Factory team member according to area of expertise
  • Participate in integration and implementation of additional tools in the Emerson suite of Payment Factory tools as projects are identified
  • Other duties as may be assigned
FOR THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED:
