- Reviews and checks accuracy of documents such as costing, quotation and completeness of layouts and other relevant documents of assigned projects
- Works with sales teams in revising costing and quotation of assigned projects during conceptualization phase.
- Reviews and rechecks accuracy of costing, quotation, and completeness of layouts and other relevant documents of assigned projects before processing of orders or production.
- Computes mobilization charges for a project.
- Computes service charges for after-sales services or additional charges for projects that are on work-in-progress.
- Coordinates with internal departments in a timely manner in case of discrepancies
- Secure the accuracy of projects to avoid delays
- Ensure that production papers are processed and submitted to Logistics on a timely manner for finalization of order and scheduling of delivery.
- Checking data accuracy in orders and invoices.
- Assess output on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis to identify trends in productivity
