What you will do: Oversee the entire procurement process, including proposal development, sourcing strategy, supplier selection, and contract negotiation. Develop and implement category planning activities for assigned commodities, specifically food and paper products used in restaurants. Lead sourcing activities such as supplier and supply mapping, commercial negotiations, forecasting and inventory management, risk mitigation and contingency planning, strategic supply capacity building, contract compliance, and supplier accreditation. Support cost-saving initiatives and manage supply for assigned commodities, while driving supply chain innovations for both new and existing products. Lead and enhance vendor management activities by working closely with suppliers and service providers. Conduct regular business reviews with suppliers and collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless operations and continuous improvement. What we are looking for: Bachelor&aposs degree in Business Management, Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering. At least 5 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain, Purchasing, or Logistics. Must have an experience in handling food category. Proficient in MS Office, particularly MS Excel and MS PowerPoint Skilled in data gathering, analysis, and reporting with strong skills on analytical, problem-solving, including root cause analysis. Proven ability to correlate and quantify initiatives to trends, movements, and internal/external factors to drive data-informed decisions and strategic improvements.
