The role REBEL Wellbeing & Resiliency Coaches are an integral part of the REBEL experience, ensuring a world-class coaching experience for our customers and helping us reach more people around the world. We're looking for highly motivated mental health professionals to join our REBEL team. Responsibilities Provide 1:1 Check-ins to clients to proactively support their wellbeing Provide 1:1 Counselling to clients to support their mental health Provide Group Sessions to clients to educate & raise awareness about positive mental health Knowledge and Research: Explore & research resources that can provide assistance in the development of mental health modules for clients. Client engagement: Be responsive and reach out to all assigned clients through effective communication channels ensuring client retention. Keep organised: Utilise relevant systems and send regular reports to keep track of our progress Work collaboratively: Work closely with the rest of the operations team and fellow coaches to address clients' needs as effectively as possible. Qualifications: In order to succeed in the role, you should ideally: Have the ability to work in-person in BGC Unrestricted license to practice counseling (Psychologist, Psychometrician, Guidance Counsellor etc.) in the Philippines A total of 3 years (36 months) of experience (including practicum, clinical work, or any other relevant work) Speak Tagalog and English Be open to working morning, mid or night shift + weekends Be a high energy and self-motivated personality, a team player Confident to work autonomously and is willing to share ideas Be reliable and professional at all times Be open to feedback and always willing to improve and develop Benefits: ????
