- Assist employees and other departments with their daily tasks and projects, providing support as needed.
- Maintain and update employee records; Ensure accuracy and timeliness of employee contact details and documentation.
- Assist with recruitment; Screen job applications and resumes to help identify qualified candidates.
- Coordinate interviews; Schedule interviews with candidates and ensure timely communication.
- Post job openings; Advertise job positions across various platforms, including job boards, social media, and the company website.
- Support employee inquiries; Address employee questions related to benefits, leave, and other HR-related matters.
- Help organize company events, team-building activities, and career fairs.
- Other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
