Collections Senior Associate

• Ensure high-quality delivery of the Collection process and strategy towards the internal stakeholders and external customers
• Provide in-depth share insights on Collection topics within the operational team structure.
• Drive accelerated action to collect overdue items from problem accounts by collaborating with a different function, in adherence to Stolt Nielsen's strategy.
• Key contributor within O2C organization.
• Support operational business, when needed.
• Analyze key metrics and perform root-cause analysis, as needed.
• Review Country/Division-Specific documentation and conduct training for new joiners.
• Review process controls as prescribed in the desktop procedures.
• Participate in project implementation.

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or any business-related courses
• At least 3 years of working experience in Order-To-Cash, preferably in a Shared Service Centre or Business Process Outsourcing environment.
• Transition or migration experience is strongly desired
• Proficient in Oracle and Microsoft Office Application
• Demonstrable deep knowledge in Order-to-Cash process
