- Support customers and sales teams by managing order processing, addressing pre-sales and post-sales queries, and providing essential information about stock levels, credit, logistics, and products
- Handle customer service requests through multiple channels while identifying opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction
- Process and administrate orders while maintaining high accuracy standards
- Participate in revenue generation activities including lead qualification and outbound campaigns
- Create and manage sales opportunities for our teams and partners
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail
- Experience with order processing systems and customer relationship management tools
