1.Provider Management. Search for medical clinics, laboratories and physicians who can be accredited as medical service provider for the company.

Perform ocular of medical facilities for accreditation and ensure that it is aligned to companys branding image.
Evaluate for completeness of accreditation requirements prior to making any recommendation for accreditation of a medical doctor or facility.
Ensures that there are medical clinics, laboratories and physicians accredited and Memorandum of Agreement signed at least 1-2 months before any sales activity in a defined area of roll-out by Sales.
Attend to any inquiry or complaint on medical service providers, perform an investigation, recommend action or provide feedback within 24 hours.
Monitor and ensure that service level of agreements are met by medical service providers.

2.Documentation. Updates the list of accredited medical service providers and communicate to sales partners, including other units.

Medical Requirements Request generation for individual life, MRI, and Corporate Care needs.
Follow up and verify medical results from medical service providers. Receives and review medical results for completeness before endorsing to underwriter.
Upload insurance medical examinations and laboratory test results in the system.
Maintain a record of all complaints, payments and received documents.
Monitor the use and ensure the adequacy of the Full Medical Report forms for the medical service providers.
Maintain a complete file and upload Memorandum of Agreements into the system.

3.Perform any other tasks that may be assigned by supervising head.
