- Background Screening: Execute end-to-end background checks, including employment verification, criminal history, and academic credentials.
- Compliance Management: Ensure all screening processes adhere to FCRA, GDPR, and local labor laws to mitigate legal risks.
- Data Integrity: Maintain accurate employee records and files within the HRIS, ensuring 100% data entry precision.
- Adverse Action Processing: Handle the legal notification process for candidates with flagged results or discrepancies.
- Administrative Support: Manage general HR documentation, including I-9 verifications, onboarding paperwork, and audit preparation.
- Minimum of 2 years in HR administration/ Administrative work or a specialized background screening role.
- Strong understanding of employment law and privacy regulations regarding candidate data.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques, with a focus on technology-driven solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with candidates and clients.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools and platforms.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing candidate information.
