About the role:The Company Nurse is responsible for delivering high-quality onsite clinical and emergency care within a corporate or site-based environment. This role ensures the health, safety, and overall well-being of employees through effective medical response, clinic operations, and compliance with occupational health standards.The position plays a key role in supporting workplace safety programs, emergency preparedness, and preventive health initiatives, while collaborating with internal stakeholders and external healthcare providers.What You'll Do:

Provide first aid, emergency care, and patient assessment
Handle clinic operations, documentation, and medical reporting
Coordinate with hospitals, labs, and external providers
Support DOLE compliance and workplace safety (OH&S) programs
Assist in PEME/APE, wellness programs, and health education
Manage cases, referrals, and return-to-work processes

Qualifications:

Must be a registered nurse (PRC licensed)
2–5 years experience (ER, ICU, or clinic preferred)
Corporate/occupational health experience is a plus
Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH) certified (preferred)
Able to work independently in a fast-paced onsite setup
