This senior role leads the delivery of high-quality projects for internal, existing, and new clients. Define the scope of substation projects with a focus on the secondary and control component, substation protection, design technical solutions, and lead project / design teams to deliver those solutions to meet the needs of our clients.
Manage design stakeholders to further best-for-project outcomes. Lead technical delivery teams.
Work in close collaboration with colleagues across service lines.
Plan, lead and coordinate resources and ensure project technical & commercial outcomes and client expectations are met.
Communicate with clients about current work and future needs, provide timely updates on project progress.
Supervise, support and train less experienced members of the team. Formally mentoring young professionals.
Developing the team, contributing to keeping team knowledge up to date with technical, regulatory and industry trends.

What You'll Do:

Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Electrical Engineering or related field.
At least 8 years of relevant works experience.
Expertise in AutoCAD, MicroStation, ETAP etc.
