This role is essential in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial operations. Responsibilities Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements. Maintain and update financial records and databases. Process invoices, payments, and expense reports. Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies. Assist with audits and provide necessary documentation. Support month-end and year-end closing processes. Communicate with clients and vendors regarding financial inquiries. Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. At least 1-3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar). Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
