- Perform bank reconciliation statements that ensures the cash balances in the general ledger or books agrees with the bank statements.
- Ensure guidelines and policies around cash processes are adequate and effective; and that such policies provide relevant and timely information and prevent errors that will result in any unaccounted differences between cash balances per general ledger and bank cash balance.
- Downloads and uploads bank statements to SAP on time. Prepares journal entries, reconciles cash clearing accounts, and ensures accurate month-end reports. Completes bank reconciliations, coordinates discrepancies with relevant departments, and provides regular updates on Cash in Bank balances.
- Bachelor Degree major in Accounting or any related course
- Working Experience:
- 2 years or more experience in Bank Reconciliation.
- Knowledge in SAP or any related accounting software
- Knowledge of IFRS
- Office Based
- Monday to Friday
- Located at Pasay city
