Perform bank reconciliation statements that ensures the cash balances in the general ledger or books agrees with the bank statements.
Ensure guidelines and policies around cash processes are adequate and effective; and that such policies provide relevant and timely information and prevent errors that will result in any unaccounted differences between cash balances per general ledger and bank cash balance.

Duties and Responsibilities

Downloads and uploads bank statements to SAP on time. Prepares journal entries, reconciles cash clearing accounts, and ensures accurate month-end reports. Completes bank reconciliations, coordinates discrepancies with relevant departments, and provides regular updates on Cash in Bank balances.

Education:

Bachelor Degree major in Accounting or any related course
Working Experience:
2 years or more experience in Bank Reconciliation.
Knowledge in SAP or any related accounting software
Knowledge of IFRS
