Employment Type: Full-time Schedule: Day Shift, Mon - Fri 06:00 AM - 03:00 PM (Shifting) Work Arrangement: Onsite, Makati (With possibility to shift to Hybrid work setup depending on performance) Salary: PHP 26,000 Perks: Day 1 HMO, Above-market salary, Work life balance What do you need to succeed At least a Technical/Vocational Course or completion of at least 2 years of any Bachelor's/College Degree course, preferably in Computer Science or IT. Inbound call support experience. Excellent phone manner. Minimum of 1 year AU Telco experience is required. Experience in broadband technical support for an English-speaking campaign - Australia, UK, or USA. Understanding of email and common email clients, as well as smartphone email configuration. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to multi-task.
