JOB OVERVIEWJob OverviewWe are seeking licensed and compassionate therapists based in the Philippines to join our growing network. As a therapist at TherapyMantra, you will provide online counseling sessions to a diverse client base, helping them manage emotional, psychological, and relationship challenges.Key Responsibilities
- Conduct online therapy sessions (video, audio, or chat-based)
- Assess client needs and develop personalized treatment plans
- Provide support for issues such as anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, and relationship concerns
- Maintain accurate and confidential session records
- Use evidence-based approaches (CBT, DBT, ACT, etc.)
- Ensure ethical practice and adherence to professional standards
- Collaborate with internal teams when necessaryRequirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, or a related field
- Licensed or registered mental health professional in the Philippines (e.g., Registered Psychologist / Psychometrician - PRC license preferred)
- Minimum 1-2 years of counseling or clinical experience (preferred)
- Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Comfortable with online therapy tools and digital platforms
- Ability to work independently with flexible schedulesPreferred Skills
- Experience with international or multicultural clients
- Specialization in couples therapy, trauma, or workplace mental health
