Title: Engineering Manager The Engineering Manager is responsible for ensuring effective and efficient execution of engineering operations to support the plant's requirements. It includes supervision, analysis, recommendation, and standardization of refrigeration systems, compressed air systems, power systems, steam systems, and preventive equipment maintenance. Manages daily plant engineering activities. Analyzes and recommends strategy revisions for the attainment of PM goals; strategizes maintenance execution for cost efficiency and reliability. Ensures the efficiency and reliability of refrigeration systems and their components. Recommends system upgrades, modifications, or acquisitions to support plant requirements. Ensures optimum and uninterrupted supply of all utility requirements, such as fuels, compressed air, electricity, etc... Ensures all sanitary, electrical, mechanical, and building codes were properly addressed and complied with. Initiates and recommends project concepts that are necessary for future expansion. Job Qualifications A graduate of Bachelor's degree in any Engineering course. Preferably with a professional license in Engineering. With at least five (5) years of extensive experience in TPM (Total Productive Maintenance), Autonomous Maintenance or any equivalent system. With at least five (5) years of experience in any Manufacturing Industry at the same capacity. Must have background in refrigeration, air conditioning and ventilating systems, electrical power, water, steam, compressed air supply systems, and other rotating equipment operation and maintenance Must be willing to work in Canlubang, Laguna
