BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTION: The role of being an Brand Manager/Assistant Brand Manager will revolve on the following tasks: 1. Conceptualize impactful programs, monitors and leads the coordination with cross-functional teams. 2. Leads the coordination with 3rd party agencies and suppliers to ensure smooth implementation of programs and can negotiate line costs. 3. Provides in-depth qualitative and quantitative reports or post-launch analysis of ATL, BTL and Digital programs. 4. Mobilizes cross-functional teams towards one goal on assigned projects with minimal supervision. 5. Assists in the strategizing, creation of marketing campaigns/IMC plans, and budgeting of assigned brands. 6. Assist in new product developments, RTM strategy, and launches. 7. Prepares brand presentation materials. 8. Initiates research studies and provides reports about market trends, key opportunities, and industry outlook, relevant for possible new product development (NPDs). Show more Show less
