Our brand, , a DOLE-licensed headhunting and recruitment agency in the Philippines, is proud to partner with a multinational tech company in their search for a SAP QM Consultant to report to MandaluyongSalary Range : OpenWork Setup : Hybrid, 3 Days WFH and 2 Days OnsiteShift Schedule : Day ShiftLocation : MandaluyongThe RoleWe are looking for an experienced SAP QM Consultant to support the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Quality Management processes. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical consultants to deliver scalable and compliant SAP solutions aligned with organizational quality standards.Your Responsibilities:
  • Configure and implement solutions within SAP QM to support business requirements
  • Collaborate with business users to gather and analyze requirements related to quality planning, inspection, and control processes
  • Integrate QM with other SAP modules such as SAP MM and SAP PP
  • Support end-to-end project lifecycle activities including blueprinting, realization, testing, and deployment
  • Conduct system testing (unit testing, integration testing, UAT) and support defect resolution
  • Provide production support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvements
  • Develop functional specifications and collaborate with ABAP developers for custom enhancements
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements
  • Conduct user training sessions and create documentation
What W e're Looking For:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP QM implementation and support
  • Strong expertise in SAP QM configuration and business processes
  • Proven experience with integration points between QM and other SAP modules (MM, PP, SD is a plus)
  • Strong understanding of quality management processes in manufacturing or supply chain environments
  • Experience in at least one full-cycle SAP implementation project
  • Proficiency in writing functional specifications and working with technical teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
