- Ensures ongoing oversight and maintenance of program documentation as required.
- Manages onsite assessments for suppliers where necessary
- Leads a program to ensure review of all contractual monitoring documentation (FFIEC, SSAE16, and audit). Summarizes and communicates findings to the team.
- Identifies and tests risks & controls with a goal of mitigating 3rd party risk exposure.
- Collaborate with QA team to ensure suppliers comply with all the 4th party risk monitoring activities.
- Benchmark and identify industry best practices to implement continuous process improvements for key supplier management processes & workflows.
- Builds & maintains strong relationships with suppliers & implement oversight & governance plans to effectively monitor metrics, SLAs and quality of service delivery . Conduct Monthly and/or Quarterly Business reviews with MSP Program & Professional Services suppliers, driving a program agenda
- Performs supplier oversight & management activities, including regular follow-up/completing necessary documentation.
- Oversee the full supplier lifecycle: Onboarding, Performance monitoring , compliance checks, renewals and offboarding.
- Acts a 1st line of defense ensuring that Supplier Management processes & controls are effective.
- Support the implementation and drive the ongoing success of the MSP Program and Professional Services sourcing strategy.
- Collaborate with MSP Team and Hiring Manager to ensure smooth onboarding of the contingent resources when needed.
- Provide change management support to internal users and stakeholders during rollout and throughout the MSP Program and Professional Services sourcing strategy lifecycle.
- Oversee administration of the VMS(Vendor Management System) platform including user set up, workflow management, reporting, issue resolution and effective usage across functions.
- Serve as a central point of contact for supplier escalations, governance and performance reviews.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Minimum 9 years working preferably in a Financial Industry with Sourcing Operations and/or Supplier Management experience (including but not limited to Supplier Risk Management, Supply Chain, Sourcing) with a proven track record for strong execution.
- Must be able to support business travel up to 25%.

- Demonstrated project management skills
- Experience working in a regulated industry.
- Must have proven strong facilitation skills and experience delivering presentations
- Must have proven quantitative and analytical skill set
- Experience providing outstanding oral and written communication skills at all levels of the organization
- High enthusiasm and desire to work in fast paced, ever changing environment
- Proven ability to manage complex initiatives across multiple teams/platforms
- Ability to work independently and effectively manage multiple priorities with little supervision
- Experience working with reporting and analytics systems (Tableau, SAS, or comparable software)
