NOTE: This is a 100% remote work CONTRACT position with preference given to candidates based in the Philippines— work comfortably from your home.Your Role: Advising AssistantAs an Advising Assistant, you will play a key role in helping small business owners succeed by guiding them through the process of building business credit. Your day will be dynamic and fast-paced, with approximately 20 calls per hour (inbound and outbound), plus email correspondence.You will:

Consult with clients primarily over the phone and email
Use our online systems, including HubSpot, to manage tasks and client communication (training provided; prior HubSpot experience is a plus but not required)
Provide professional, clear, and friendly customer service to empower our clients

Who we are looking for:We will provide training on small business consulting, but ask the applicant to have the following skills: Strong communication skills: Friendly, clear, and professional on calls

Native speaker or fluent in English language with a neutral accent required.
Customer-focused mindset: You genuinely want to help clients succeed
Tech-savvy: Comfortable juggling multiple online systems simultaneously
Team player: You collaborate well and contribute to a positive team culture
Responsible & proactive: You take ownership of your work and follow through
Quick learner & multitasker: Able to prioritize and solve problems efficiently

Requirements:

Reliable high-speed internet connection and quiet home workspace
Native speaker or fluent in English language with a neutral accent required.
Available to work 8-hour shifts during US Eastern Time business hours (9 AM to 7 PM ET)
Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus but not required
Willingness to learn and grow with us

Competitive compensation: Starting hourly rate is $6.00 USD per hour
