Job Title: F&A Shared Services Manager Work Location: Ayala, Makati Work Setup & Schedule: Hybrid (once training is completed) | Night Shift Salary: 110,000 (Monthly) Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled F&A Shared Services Manager to lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of our Finance and Accounting shared services function. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in finance operations, people management, and performance analytics to help us maintain excellence in service delivery and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure smooth workflow across all F&A functions Define and manage work allocation processes Lead client services and maintain strong relationship management Develop and execute performance planning: KRAs and KPIs across all F&A functions Monitor performance execution and lead regular performance reviews Track progress against strategic and operational goals; implement corrective actions Manage and develop team members, ensuring coaching compliance among leaders Identify training needs and align development plans based on performance gaps Oversee reporting and analytics, including Power BI dashboards for trends Manage client escalations and resolution workflows Drive process documentation and lead continuous improvement initiatives Qualifications & Required Skills: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field Minimum 2 years' experience managing F&A Shared Services operations Strong knowledge of end-to-end F&A processes (e.g., AP, AR, GL, reporting) Intermediate proficiency in data and performance analysis Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) Intermediate knowledge in project management Proven track record in solution development , business strategies, and process enhancements Decision-making authority and experience as a subject matter expert Strong coaching, mentoring, and team leadership capabilities Experience handling teams with multiple reporting levels and full lifecycle responsibility Ensures alignment of policies, processes, and KPIs with business objectives Show more Show less
