What you'll do:As the Supply Network Operations Staff, you are primarily responsible in ensuring the continuous flow of activities needed to run the operations of the Fresh Bread Distribution Center focused on the inbound and outbound operations. Your responsibilities include SAP invoice processing, coordination with SariMonde Foods Corporation on the dispatch status, creation, and analysis of reports for Inbound, outbound and overseer dispatch operations during the evening shift.
  • Ensure that finished goods received from production are received within the time allocated to prevent backlogs and unserved.
  • Monitor the dispatch operations and provides timely updates.
  • Ensure proper recording of goods issuance/stocks received.
  • Compute total incoming of stocks, inventory, and product count of deliveries.
  • Ensure that products delivered from principals are pre-planned and received at the appointment time set.
  • Build a database for effective monitoring of invoice documents.
  • Create an efficient and effective invoicing process to ensure complete documentation and issuance of receipts to customers.
  • Ensure that the correct documents and attachments are sent to the customers to prevent rejection of delivery.

  • Work experience or relatable experience in logistics or in an engineering function
  • Detail-oriented and has strong perseverance in providing solutions.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Good math, abstract reasoning, and multitasking skills.
  • Good communication skills in English or Filipino.
  • Possesses strong leadership potential.
  • Knowledgeable in using MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SAP functions.
