
Digital Graphic Artist

- Export and prepare assets for web, eDM, paid ads, and social channels (Meta, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest).
- Deliver ~20 promotional emails per month plus seasonal campaign assets across Women's, Men's, Children's, Home, Teen, and Baby categories.
- Ensure all assets meet platform-specific specifications and align with brand guidelines.
- Edit and resize existing motion assets (GIFs, short MP4s) using After Effects/Premiere Pro; no complex video creation required.
- Perform still image editing, cropping, post-production, and retouching as needed.
- Support the design team with layouts for trade updates, promotional activity, and digital templates.
- Maintain and organise digital asset folders for efficient access and version control.
- Collaborate with the design, marketing, and digital teams, incorporating feedback and meeting tight deadlines.
- Figma (export MP4s, GIFs, static assets)
- Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro)
- 3+ years of experience in a graphic design or finished art role, ideally in retail, fashion, or adjacent industries (beauty, lifestyle, luxury).
- Strong technical knowledge of digital production processes and platform requirements.
- Detail-oriented, with the ability to manage high-volume exports under tight timelines.
- Comfortable with repetitive export tasks while maintaining quality and accuracy.
- Collaborative, organised, and able to adapt in a fast-paced, seasonal campaign environment.
- Motion graphic skills are secondary but must be able to perform light editing and resizing of existing assets.
