- Develop and refine top-of-funnel strategies across paid media, affiliates, influencers, and organic content
- Build and manage the marketing roadmap in coordination with the CEO and leadership team
- Identify performance gaps and optimization opportunities across all campaigns
- Lead a cross-functional team of marketers, creatives, and media buyers (3–5 direct reports)
- Hire and manage external consultants or vendors as needed
- Host weekly marketing syncs and provide leadership and accountability for timelines and deliverables
- Oversee launch planning and funnel coordination with key stakeholders
- Guide creative direction across paid and organic campaigns (you won’t write every post, but you’ll ensure the message hits)
- Ensure email marketing, podcasts, lead magnets, and social strategies are aligned and performing
- Track KPIs across paid ads, influencer campaigns, SEO, and content channels
- Provide weekly/monthly performance reporting to leadership
- Use insights to direct the team on adjustments and experiments
- Optimize the full funnel experience to increase LTV, referrals, and retention
- Partner with internal team on quizzes, lead magnets, onboarding sequences, etc.
- Have 5+ years in direct response or performance marketing, with at least 3 years of leadership experience and a proven record of scaling revenue
- Have led marketing teams (3+ members) and managed vendors or contractors
- Understand paid traffic (FB/IG, YouTube, Google, TikTok) and can guide a skilled media buyer
- Have a sharp eye for storytelling, CRO, and funnel design, even if you're not executing
- Know how to work with influencers, affiliates, and content creators to drive top-of-funnel
- Think in systems: You're organized, results-driven, and thrive on ownership
- Are confident giving feedback, leading 1:1s, and holding people accountable
- Have excellent spoken and written English — and can direct great copy even if you don’t write it all yourself
- Shopify, WordPress, ClickFunnels, Zapier
- Google Analytics, TikTok Shop, FB/IG Ads, YouTube Ads
- Time Doctor, Slack, Notion, Trello, Google Workspace
- Must have 5+ years of experience in the Direct Marketing + eCommerce world, with a proven track record of getting results and increasing both sales and traffic
- 2+ years of experience in a Marketing Manager, Launch Manager, or Growth position (preferably E-commerce)
- Experience with SHOPIFY required, but also would be great to have experience with WordPress, Clickfunnels, Zapier. Plus, ideally have experience with analytics tools such as google analytics
- Big plus if you have a strong background in copy and conversion optimization, headlines and hooks that make paid campaigns successful
- The candidate must have experience working with US or international clients.
- Experience with Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Youtube Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads
- Demonstrate a solid typing WPM (ideally 55 wpm+)
- Excellent English skills, and able to communicate well both verbally and in writing
- Training in customer service management is a huge plus
- Experience with remote team tools like Time Doctor, Slack, ASANA, NOTION, Trello, Google Suite, LastPass, Skype and Zoom
- Salary: ₱160K-200K /month depending on experience
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 1 PM–9 PM EST (Tuesday-Saturday 1 AM–9 AM PHT)
