Meet with clients and conduct site visits for project requirements and measurements. Prepare architectural plans, As-Built drawings, shop drawings, and 3D models using Revit and other BIM software. Convert sketches and specifications into detailed drawings using AutoCAD and Revit. Coordinate architectural, structural, MEPF, and construction documents. Assist in budget preparation and monitor project costs. Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with approved plans. Prepare status reports and coordinate with stakeholders and owner representatives.
