Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Manila for a Production Manager (Head of Urban Farms). The Production Manager will oversee daily operations of our urban farms and farm staff, ensuring optimal plant growth, maintaining high standards of crop quality, and managing farm staff performance. Responsibilities also include coordinating production schedules, optimizing resource allocation, and implementing SOPs.
