Provide technical support to end-users for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals. Install, upgrade, and maintain software applications. Ticketing System: Utilize ticketing systems to track and manage IT requests. Prioritize and resolve tickets within established SLAs. Software Licenses and Hardware Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of software licenses and hardware assets. Conduct regular inventory audits. Internet Connectivity Monitoring and Coordination: Monitor network connectivity and address any issues promptly. Coordinate with service providers for timely resolution. POS Hardware and Software Troubleshooting: Support point-of-sale (POS) systems, including hardware and software. Ensure uninterrupted operations for sales and transactions. Website Content Update and Management: Update and maintain website content, ensuring accuracy and relevance. Collaborate with marketing and content teams. Employee Contact Details QR Code Generation: Generate QR codes for employee contact details. Facilitate easy access to internal directories. Networked Printer Management: Configure and troubleshoot networked printers. Ensure efficient printing services for all users. Computer Domain Joining: Add computers to the domain and manage Active Directory. Implement security policies and user access controls. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field. Proven experience in network administration and technical support. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
