Job Title: Senior Manager - Talent Acquisition (High-Volume Hiring) -(In-house Service Delivery Center) Location: Cebu IT Park, Hybrid, Midshift Work Setup: Full-time (In-house Service Delivery Center) About the Role We are looking for a results-driven Senior Manager - Talent Acquisition to lead high-volume recruitment operations for our 2 sites in the Visayas region. The role will focus on developing and executing strategic recruitment plans, ensuring the delivery of quality hires, and leading a team of recruiters and support staff to meet the organization's staffing needs in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end high-volume hiring efforts across Cebu and Iloilo, ensuring timely fulfillment of ramp-up plans in line with business growth. Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent for large-scale recruitment initiatives. Partner with senior leadership, site heads, and operations teams to forecast manpower requirements and ensure hiring commitments are met. Manage, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters, sourcing specialists, and recruitment coordinators across both locations. Ensure recruitment processes are efficient, data-driven, and compliant with company standards and local labor regulations. Track, analyze, and report key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, quality of hire, source effectiveness) to stakeholders. Collaborate with marketing and employer branding teams to enhance candidate engagement and strengthen talent pipelines. Drive continuous process improvements to optimize hiring speed, quality, and candidate experience. Manage vendor relationships, including job boards, recruitment agencies, and assessment partners, to support large-scale hiring needs. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. 10+ years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition , with 5+ years in leadership roles managing high-volume hiring , preferably in BPO or Shared Services environments. Proven track record of managing multi-site recruitment operations. Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all organizational levels. Deep understanding of the recruitment market in Visayas (Cebu & Iloilo) and familiarity with emerging sourcing trends. Analytical mindset with experience in recruitment reporting, metrics, and workforce planning. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
