We are hiring experienced Safety / EHS Engineers for high-voltage transmission line and substation projects in Saudi Arabia. Certification: NEBOSH Certified (Mandatory)Eligibility Criteria:· Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil / Electrical / Mechanical)· NEBOSH Certification – Mandatory· 5 to 10 years of proven experience in EHS roles· Experience in Overhead Transmission Lines (220kV / 400kV / 765kV) or Substation Projects· Valid passport with a minimum of 9 months validity· Good communication skills in English (spoken and written)Key Responsibilities:· Conduct HSE inductions and awareness sessions for all site personnel· Develop, implement, and monitor HSE and welfare plans· Perform routine site inspections and lead incident investigations· Ensure compliance with Permit to Work (PTW), Work Method Statements (WMS), and risk assessments· Promote a safety-first culture and ensure all works are carried out in line with company HSE policies· Provide reports and documentation related to safety performance and site compliance
