Position Overview: We are on the hunt for a dynamic and driven Strategic Partnerships Manager to spearhead our revenue growth initiatives and elevate FORD MILLINERY to new heights. Key Responsibilities: Increase sales revenue through retail & wholesale partnerships, online sales, drop-shipping, 3rd party online e-Commerce retailers, affiliate marketing, strategic partnerships and other sales strategies. Develop and implement innovative sales strategies that disrupt the status quo and propel FORD MILLINERY to the forefront of the luxury fashion landscape. Identify and engage with potential clients, initiating contact to negotiate and secure sales, thereby driving revenue growth. Cultivate and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including retailers, affiliates, and industry influencers, to maximize brand exposure and drive sales. Proactively seek out new business opportunities and revenue streams, leveraging your entrepreneurial spirit to generate revenue from both new and existing aspects of the business. Collaborate closely with internal teams to align sales efforts with brand objectives, marketing, advertising and product strategies, ensuring seamless execution and maximum impact. Stay ahead of market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences, using your keen insights to inform sales strategies and capitalise on emerging opportunities. Utilise data analytics tools, including web traffic analysis and Google Analytics, to pinpoint areas for enhanced revenue growth. Collaborate with our advertising and marketing department to optimise sales conversion rates. Collaborate in the creation and implementation of effective sales funnels. Qualifications and Skills: Minimum 5 years experience in a senior sales role (such as Business Development, Sales Manager, Strategic Partnerships Manager, Brand Manager etc). Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth in the luxury fashion industry (minimum 2 years experience). Fluent in English & excellent communicator. Self-motivated and results-driven, with a hunger for success and a relentless pursuit of excellence. Exceptional creativity and problem-solving skills, with a knack for thinking outside the box and devising innovative solutions to complex challenges. Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and inspire others to action. Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to identifying and seizing new business opportunities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google assets (Gmail, Drive etc).
