The Admin Officer performs technical work in recruitment and selection, employee relations, performance management, training and development and records management. She also prepares designs and executes training and development programs for the Company. She is responsible for the recommendation, implementation, and execution of Human Resources policies, procedures, and programs.

Responsibilities:
  • Spearheads the recruitment and selection function to supply the manpower needs of the Company
  • Organizes and maintains talent bank and updates an active pool of candidates for future openings
  • Monitors performance appraisal dates of both probationary and regular employees
  • Tracks movements of employees such as transfers, promotions, etc.
  • Monitors contract periods of employees
  • Conducts workplace learning and development programs for employees
  • Computes basic salaries, overtime, holidays and another work premium including the preparation of the remittance reports of the statutory benefits of the Company (SSS, Philhealth, PAG-IBIG)
  • Organizes, maintains, updates and secure employee records
  • Spearheads in the planning, organizing, implementing social or sports activities for the employees
  • Preferably, Female
  • A graduate of AB or BS Psychology, Human Resources Management or Industrial Engineering, Behavioral Science or any related course
  • At least 2-3 years of relevant work experience in Human Resources, Training & Development
  • Must be a team player, highly organized, highly flexible and willing to work in a dynamic and growing organization
  • With excellent people management skills and able to relate to all levels of the Organization
  • With outstanding proficiency in oral and written skills, must be fluent in the usage of English and Filipino languages
  • Highly-organized and has a strong sense of ownership
  • Has a superb time management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
