Job Responsibilities Ensures that the policies of the Treasury Department related to Treasury Operations are implemented and monitored Ensures timely Collections of outstanding balances and raises issues and concerns if there are delays. Implements credit term extension and suspension of accounts policies. Supervises Treasury Assistant Operations Managers and Treasury Operations Managers Ensures the adequacy of cash balances for operational purposes and coordinates with Treasury controls for the fund requirement that cannot be funded by collections. Ensures collection of creditable withholding tax certificates Educational Attainment College Graduate of 4, 5 year-course, preferably: BS Accounting or related courses Experience And Training Proven work experience as a Billing Manager or similar role Relevant training and/or certifications in SAP system Skills Requirements Excellent verbal and written communication skills Show more Show less
