About the Role As a Master Data Specialist you will establish and execute the Master Data Management framework, policy, and standards. This is to help the bank improve the data quality in the upstream channels/systems to help provide a better customer experience and make decisions for growth. How you'll contribute Work with system owners and data stewards to ensure enterprise CIF / BBN is in place across all key systems with Golden Record or Winner/Loser definitions. Collaborates with ITG SMEs and system owners to carry out root-cause analysis and address data quality issues to support active and passive data governance. Define processes and standards for master data across the data lifecycle and take ownership of MDM. Collaborates with ITG, CRM, and Delivery Team to ensure technical delivery of reverse cascade, CIF/BBN survivorship, etc. Ensure the accuracy of published reports, dashboards, and data cubes to monitor MDM. What we're looking for With at least 1 to 4 years of work experience in the same field. Understanding of DAMA DMBok, particularly Master Data Management. Experience in leading or as contributing member of projects. Very good verbal and written communication skills. Good organizational skills. Basic knowledge of SQL. Background in TQM, LEAN, or Kaizen is a plus.
