About the role Responsible for ensuring that all assigned authorized purchase request for 'ICD, ILT, TCTI, DPW Requirements to convert to purchase order immediately within reasonable, economical cost and or base on company's approved budget and implement measures for full safety compliance of all controlled accredited suppliers and contractors. Key Accountabilities Handles sourcing and tabulation of bids of assigned category items. Coordinates with requisitioning department/party for the accurate specification and description of the items requested and evaluates the requisition as to urgency, nature of items and quantity needed. Coordinates with at least 3 suppliers for the submission of table of quotation and offers. Monitors Purchase Request and Purchase Orders and ensures that items are processed and delivered within schedule. Manages and maintains enrollment, deactivation, updating of supplier information and cost. Ensures strict compliance of suppliers/ contractors to the safety and security policy of the company.
