We have experience in offshore team-building and aim to help businesses leverage global talent.About This Role:We're hiring a Technical Implementation & Support Engineer to support Series A/B SaaS companies and high-growth Shopify brands whose CTOs and senior engineers are overloaded. This role focuses on hands-on execution, including managing QA, troubleshooting production issues, implementing modules and integrations, and supporting clients' onboarding. The ideal candidate is technically strong, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating in fast-paced environments where reliability and speed matter.Key Responsibilities:Own technical onboarding and implementation for new clientsInstall, configure, and maintain platform modules and third-party integrationsTroubleshoot and resolve production bugs and system issuesSupport QA testing, write test cases, and ensure release qualityHandle basic to mid-level feature development and code fixesAssist with API integrations and webhooksMonitor system performance and escalate architectural concerns when neededCollaborate with CTO, Product, and Customer Success teamsMaintain clean documentation for implementations and fixesImprove internal technical processes to reduce recurring issuesSoftware/Platforms/Tools:Modern frontend frameworks such as React, Vue, or similarBackend frameworks such as Node.js, Ruby on Rails, Python, or similarREST APIs and/or GraphQLAWS, GCP, or comparable cloud infrastructureGit-based workflows such as GitHub, GitLab, or BitbucketCI/CD pipelinesShopify for eCommerce-focused clientsIssue tracking tools such as Jira, Linear, or ClickUpPostman or API testing toolsSlack and Google WorkspaceQualifications:3-5 years of freelancing experience.Excellent written and verbal English communication (C1 or C2 level)3-5+ years of hands-on development or technical support experienceExperience in high-growth SaaS or eCommerce environmentsProven ability to troubleshoot live production systemsExperience supporting client onboarding or implementationComfortable working directly with CTOs or senior technical leadersStrong debugging and problem-solving skillsAbility to balance speed with code qualityExperience in remote, cross-functional teamsIndependent, proactive, and execution-focusedShift Schedule:Monday to Friday, with required overlap during U.S. business hours
