Job Description:The HR Manager oversees daily HR operations, ensures effective employee relations, implements HR policies, and supports organizational goals through strategic HR initiatives.Key Responsibilities:· Oversee onboarding, and employee orientation programs.· Manage employee relations, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions.· Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and benefits administration.· Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and training programs.· Coordinate payroll, benefits, and compensation processes.· Analyze HR metrics to support decision-making and improve workforce efficiency.· Act as a liaison between employees and senior management.Requirements:· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.· 5+ years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.· Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.· Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.· Proficient in HRIS and MS Office applications.
