Job SummaryContributing to the achievement of sales and profit targets, analyze/improve merchandiser (MD) management and activities, and improve planogram in Modern Trade.

Manage and analyze MD activities, identify issues, and then develop/execute improvement plans based on them.
Capture and analyze actual store conditions, and then design/execute optimal planogram with Marketing / Sales Department.

Minimum requirements

Bachelors degree in any related courses.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Trade Marketing within a(FMCG) company.
Experience in MD management preferably
Strategical and logical thinking skills
Excellent Problem-Solving & Analytical skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Innovative and creative
Microsoft office proficiency
