The ideal candidate will work closely with product managers, developers, and support staff to gather requirements, write user stories, and ensure clarity and alignment across all stages of the development cycle.This is a remote position intended for an overseas contractor with at least partial overlap with U.S. Eastern Time. Candidates with light UI/UX skills or the ability to create mockups will be strongly preferred.Key Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements from internal teams and customers.
Translate requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and process documentation.
Maintain a prioritized and groomed product backlog in Azure DevOps (or similar tool).
Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate understanding and execution of requirements.
Assist QA by reviewing test plans and confirming that developed features meet specifications.
Identify gaps in workflows and help define product improvements based on customer feedback.
Conduct basic competitor feature research to inform product planning.
Participate in regular sprint planning and product meetings to support delivery cadence.
(Preferred) Create wireframes or mockups to illustrate workflows or feature proposals using tools like Figma, Balsamiq, or Lucidchart.
