This is a high-impact, hands-on role focused on driving smart integration across MyCISO systems. You'll own the technical execution of connecting our core SaaS platform with thirdparty services via tools like Workato, Boomi, or Make.com — supporting secure, scalable data flows that power automation and analytics.You'll also be responsible for managing our corporate website (WordPress + Elementor), providing support for diagnosing front-end/backend issues in the app, and contributing to broader development initiatives (including AI/ML exploration).You’ll work remotely with an international team:
  • Product Owner & Product Manager (Sydney, Australia)
  • Test Lead & Salesforce Developer (Philippines)
  • Development team (India)
We’re a startup in our 4th year of operation — fast-moving and customer-driven.ResponsibilitiesAPI Integration & Automation
  • Lead the design and implementation of API integrations using platforms like Workato, Boomi, or Make.com to support scalable data exchange between our core systems.
  • Work closely with the product and engineering teams to understand platform architecture and ensure integrations are secure, performant, and resilient.
  • Own the lifecycle of integrations — from planning and configuration through testing, deployment, and monitoring.
WordPress Website Management
  • Maintain and update our website (WordPress + Elementor) to support campaigns,
product launches, and SEO initiatives.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to build new pages and optimize user experience across devices.
Platform & Data Support
  • Assist in troubleshooting frontend/backend issues within the MyCISO SaaS app.
  • Write and maintain SQL queries to support reporting, internal tools, and data integrations.
  • Participate in broader product development efforts as needed (e.g., AI/ML modules,
analytics dashboards).Skills and experienceMust haves:
  • 7–12 year’s experience as a full-stack or frontend developer with a strong portfolio.
  • Proven experience implementing low-code/no-code integrations (e.g., Workato, Boomi,
Zapier, Make.com).
  • Solid knowledge of RESTful APIs, authentication methods (e.g., OAuth, API keys), and
data structures.
  • WordPress experience including Elementor and page performance optimization.
  • Strong command of SQL — able to write queries, analyse data models, and support
backend workflows.
  • Self-motivated and accountable — thrives in low-meeting, high-trust environments.
Nice to haves:
  • Experience with email automation platforms like SendGrid.
  • Background in cybersecurity, GRC, or SaaS startup environments.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, phishing simulation tools, or security analytics.
