Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as Order Fulfillment Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer orders from placement to delivery, ensuring accuracy and efficiency throughout the process. Responsibilities: Process customer orders accurately and efficiently using our ticketing and order management systems. Prepare quotes for customers. Communicate with customers via phone and email to provide order status updates, address inquiries, and resolve any issues or concerns. Collaborate closely with warehouse and shipping teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery. Monitor order queues and prioritize tasks to meet service level agreements and customer expectations. Work with other departments to ensure prompt invoicing and payment. Maintain up-to-date metadata for products in listing software. Add to and revise documentation and SOP guidelines as needed. Other responsibilities as delegated by the supervisor. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. 2+ years of experience in customer service or order fulfillment role. Strong English language proficiency, both written and verbal. Friendly and professional demeanor. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing customer issues. Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in using ticketing systems, preferably Zendesk. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and contribute positively to a team environment.
