Responsibilities Monitor and ensure the achievement of sales targets through effective retention of existing client portfolios. Analyze and endorse client proposals to immediate superiors in accordance with approved actuarial rate limits. Recommend pricing strategies, benefits packages, and other related terms to support account closures or renewals. Reviews and escalates pricing and/or benefit-related concerns to immediate superiors for timely resolution. Collate, analyze, and prepare client proposals based on actuarial and sales inputs; update presentation materials and correspondence as necessary. Collaborates and schedule meetings, presentations, and negotiations with Clients Monitor and oversee Account Manager/s in handling Sales related concerns, negotiations, and presentations with Management and Clients Training And Experience At least 2-5 years of relevant experience in corporate sales, account management, or client relationship management (experience in healthcare/HMO industry is an advantage) Proven track record in achieving sales targets , client retention, and account growth Experience in handling client proposals, pricing negotiations, and contract renewals Background in working with actuarial, underwriting, or pricing teams is an advantage Strong experience in client presentations, negotiations, and stakeholder management Experience in managing or mentoring Account Managers or junior sales staff is preferred Excellent skills in data analysis, proposal preparation, and reporting (proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools) Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
