Key Responsibilities Responsible for the achievement of store objectives and operations business targets through efficient, effective and innovative leadership. 100% achievement of store sales plan through timely and proper planning and communication with key support groups and consistent implementation of corporate and store initiatives on sales building and sales growth. Provides feedback / updates to team its sales performance and generates recommendation and intervention on how to effectively implement selling strategies. Timely and consistent monitoring and implementation of inventory management service level indicators to ensure accuracy of inventory and security of merchandise both in the selling and stockroom areas. Ensures the highest level of customer care and satisfaction by practicing the set customer service standards while attending to customers inquiries and needs. Job Qualifications and Requirements Bachelor's degree in Management or any equivalent. At least one year related experience preferably in a retail store. With strong background in Sales and Marketing. Has managed a team of at least 8 persons.
