We're currently hiring an Implementation Manager to join the team of a fast-growing AI company transforming voice communication through automation and smart integrations. What You'll Do In this role, you&aposll be at the heart of the client experience - guiding new customers through onboarding, integrations, and long-term success with the platform. Your responsibilities will include: Leading onboarding and configuration processes for new clients Supporting integrations with third-party tools (e.g. Zapier, Make.com, CRMs) Troubleshooting technical issues, with support from the engineering team when needed Delivering training sessions and creating help documentation (videos or articles) Identifying ways to improve onboarding and support workflows Working closely with customer success and support teams to ensure clients achieve their goals It is a full-time, in-office role What We're Looking For 2+ years in Implementation, Technical Support, or Customer Success Strong communication skills - able to explain technical concepts to non-technical users Experience with APIs, webhooks, and basic troubleshooting Familiarity with Zapier, Make.com, or similar automation platforms Understanding of CRMs like Salesforce or HubSpot Excellent problem-solving and time management skills Ability to handle multiple onboarding projects at once Comfortable working in a fast-moving, startup-style environment Nice to Have Background in AI, SaaS, or voice/telecom platforms Basic knowledge of JavaScript, Python, or SQL (not required) Experience in a customer-facing technical role What We Offer Work with cutting-edge AI technology redefining voice communication Collaborative, innovative work culture Career growth opportunities in a global, fast-scaling company Show more Show less
