2.Initiates and leads planning team in S I & OP meeting of both Trading and Local produce products.
3.Inputs the sales/demand planning in S I &OP report after monthly meeting. Submit S I & OP report for approval of Procurement and Supply Chain Management, Marketing, Commercial Service & Target Market.
4.Analyze raw material and packaging stocks for locally produce items at economic optimum based on historic and expected future consumption, including definition of stock levels, reorder points and safety stock levels.
5.Apply special management of import to stock (ITS) trading products to meet demand and minimize stock level.
6.Manages material planning activities through forecast consolidation.
7.Manages the purchasing cycle by generating purchase requisitions for Direct and Import to Stocks Items.
8.In charge of daily operational planning needs by ensuring stocks and material availability for local production items. Trigger critical items list to achieve timely recovery of material shortages.
9.Works closely to Operations for any production changes and update the Demand & Planning Supervisor for internal customers' update.
10.Performs back-up duties for other Material Planner(s) and assist, where needed, with special Material Planning projects.
11.Proactively minimize use of alternative materials in collaboration with R&D.
12.Maintain accurate Supply Planning & Control parameters per ERP system i.e. SAP BYD.QualificationsEducation:

Graduate of Industrial Engineering

Qualifications:

With at least two (2) years working experience in related field.
Experience working in a multinational company is an advantage.
