This role involves steering our client's legal and regulatory compliance strategies in alignment with statutory requirements and corporate goals. As the Legal & Regulatory Head, you will provide expert legal advice, guide operational and strategic decisions, and lead a team of Legal Counsels.The ideal candidate will possess expertise in regulatory and advocacy work before government agencies, contracts management, litigation management, corporate secretarial functions, and various legal services.If you are a seasoned legal professional ready to design and implement compliance strategies while providing strategic counsel, join us in this exciting opportunity as the Legal & Regulatory Head. Be part of a dynamic team committed to legal excellence and the success of our client' organization.Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Law and a member of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines with good standing.
At least 15 years of relevant experience as an in-house counsel.
At least 5 years of experience as a regulatory and compliance expert in the telecommunications or ICT industry.
Knowledge of corporate business and labor laws.

Preferred Qualifications:

Willingness to work heavily on corporate housekeeping and corporate secretarial tasks.
Excellent interpersonal skills that enable effective collaboration with all groups, industry partners, and government offices/agencies.
As a senior executive of the company, the ideal candidate must possess entrepreneurial skills to balance business and legal and regulatory requirements.
Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
