- Ensure high penetration of the qualified prospects in the segment and/ or territory managed.
- Assist to plan and execute the Plan together with the Director of Sales on an annual basis.
- Assist to create and initiate packages and promotions to stimulate business leads.
- Provide Director of Sales on strategic action plans to maintain and/ or to increase market share in a competitive environment e.g. pricing strategy, packaging, target markets, sales blitz, etc.
- Build and maintain good rapport with existing accounts through regular sales visits or in-house entertainment, telemarketing, other sales activities.
- Reinforce Crimson Resort & Spa values and mission statement.
- Develop and implement discipline by prescribed instructions in covering territories and accounts.
- Execute a market segment plan that encompasses objectives, strategies, tactics and control.
- Determine allocation of selling time to accounts, products and customers.
- Effectively develop the business by continually replenishing source of prospective clients (sourcing of new accounts).
- Target specific business offer and achieve effective rate of conversion to Crimson Resort & Spa patronage.
- Manage time effectively with proper planning and self-discipline.
- Establish an alphabetical accounts filing system for all negotiations taking place with the clients.
- Update promptly the systems account profile of management of accounts and ensure information is extracted from clients in order to set a clear strategy account management.
- Develop a system to pre-quality customers according to potential and classify the account according to priority (High, Medium, Low).
- Assess sales opportunities systematically through business leads.
- Develop and analyze factors in the external environment that may affect sales.
- Develop an understanding of the buying behavior of the market segments.
- To personally handle selected key corporate and travel accounts for rooms business with proper follow-ups to secure the business.
- Monitor effectiveness of telemarketing activity and ensure that a report is submitted to the Director of Sales for monitoring purposes.
- Compile market feedback and provide recommendations to counter offer problems/ issues raised.
- Creative contribution to product and sales production.
- During sales calls, carries out cross-selling
- Keep a high level of awareness and knowledge of ongoing sales & marketing programs.
- Contribute ideas and strategies for each product area.
- Conduct effective sales presentations to promote offers effectively.
- To chair regular sales briefing/ communication meetings to give and receive updates.
- Review monthly results with Director of Sales to take appropriate action plans to ensure that budgets are achieved.
- To plan and execute sales/ marketing activities deemed appropriate.
- Monitor and reports on market and competition within own market segment.
- Assists in coordinating the development of all promotional material.
- Obtain competitors information on activities and developments through sound market intelligence.
- Execute the system that is in place to obtain data and information from the marketplace.
- Offer recommendations on ways to counter rejection and develop new sales strategies.
- Retrieve business leads through existing clients, personal contacts or newspapers/business publications.
- Capitalize on business leads effectively.
- Develop a personal Planning System to maximize total productivity.
- Maintain a systematic, accurate and tidy filing system and keep them up-to-date.
- Maintain a working summary of business prospects and weekly plan call/ activity report.
- Consolidate and submit weekly sales reports of Cebu Sales Team timely and meet datelines.
- Responsible for data management of accounts in Amadeus such as update Company Profile.
- Graduate of a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Diploma in Hotel Management
- With at least 1 year of experience as a Sales Executive in an international-class hotel
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Results-driven with a proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and client relationship management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and hotel sales systems (e.g., Opera, Delphi, or similar CRM tools)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Willing to travel or work flexible hours as required by client appointments or events
- Willing to be assigned in Mactan, Cebu
