Job Description: 1. Inventory Monitoring & Analysis Monitor inventory levels across all locations to ensure optimal stock levels and prevent overstocking or stock outs. Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile physical inventory with system records. Analyze inventory turnover rates, usage patterns, and aging stock to identify trends and inefficiencies. 2. Process Improvement & Optimization Develop and implement inventory control procedures to improve accuracy and efficiency. Recommend process changes to improve inventory handling, storage, and movement. Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on reducing inventory costs and increasing accuracy. 3. Systems & Tools Management Utilize ERP, WMS (Warehouse Management Systems), and BI tools to manage and analyze inventory. Support system upgrades or new tool implementations related to inventory management. Train relevant stakeholders on inventory processes and system usage as needed. Requirements: Bachelor's degree holder 2 to 4 years of relevant experience Exposure in inventory management, analysis, and warehouse management Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
