What you'll do:As a proactive and dynamic Process Specialist, you will be integral to the production operations, focusing on continuous process improvement and troubleshooting equipment issues. You will oversee projects and analyze operations to ensure maximum efficiency, driving sustainable practices across production.
  • Machine Operation & Maintenance: Operate and maintain production machines and auxiliary equipment for the preparation of finished goods, ensuring adherence to standard specifications.
  • Production Efficiency: Take responsibility for the effective and efficient production of high-quality finished goods.
  • Equipment Optimization: Use Autonomous Maintenance (AM) methodology to improve and sustain equipment results and standards.
  • Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution: Address key performance indicators such as downtime, breakdowns, and defects by troubleshooting and implementing fixes.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure all quality, FSSC, and regulatory standards are met within your scope of work.
  • Materials Management: Ensure a continuous, uninterrupted supply of materials that align with product specifications.
